Training.

So, i guess whilst reading my guide, you've made your choice to become a Shinigami turned Hollow, a Vaizard.
If you want to be a Vaizard, you first need to be a Kidouless Shinigami.
It's very simple, train to level 300 as a Human, and then talk to Kisuke Urahara.
Now comes the actual big training part.

More Training.

Now, you actually need to train to level 2500.
Also, it would be handy if you mastered your Shikai, Bankai and Shunpo too.
After you reach level 2500, find Shinji Hirako.
I'm sorry, but I can't tell you his location, because it is hidden.

Mask time.

So, you've talked to Shinji Hirako and have beaten your Inner Hollow.
Pretty impressive, I would say.
You've just got a brand new Hollow Mask, but it won't stay on for long.
To train your Mask Time, just keep using your mask.
Also, upon becoming a Vaizard, you'll get the following moves: Bala and Cero.

Vaizard Knights.

The same as Espada, Vaizards have a ranked system too.
You'll have to train hard to become one.
But the status is nice, isn't it?
